A rare opportunity exists for you to join a leading horticulture brand in Yates as an Electrical Instrument Fitter. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a safe operating environment for all personnel and ensuring integrity of plant and equipment
• Fault finding and accurately determining root causes
• Breakdown and preventative maintenance
• Assist with preventative maintenance scheduling and maintaining CMMS
• Assist with supervision of contractors
• Ensuring plant and processes meet production requirements
• Improving plant production efficiency by a process of continual improvements and plant support

Experience in an automated manufacturing environment as a trade qualified electrician or electrical fitter as well as working knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems and electrical fault finding will see you hit the ground running. Whilst your experience and knowledge are important, your ability to demonstrate initiative, take on responsibility and work effectively in a team environment will see you succeed in this exciting position.
