Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager your role will be to assist in a variety of areas including:

  • Managing and maintaining CRM software
  • Increasing and improving customer knowledge, in particular ensuring accuracy and recency of customer data
  • Developing, managing and improving CRM business processes
  • Supporting Decorative CRM strategy

You will liaise closely with both internal and external stakeholders, specifically between suppliers and sales team members. On a day to day basis, you will be highly involved with the development and analysis of reports.

To be the successful candidate, you will have solid experience in a customer and/or process oriented environment. You may be a recent graduate or have experience in an analytical sales role. From this, you will demonstrate sound knowledge of data and statistical analysis techniques as well as database administration and development. Communication skills and an eye for detail will also be of utmost importance.
